"Je respire en floraison lente"

Lucile Leloup is interested in the ways in which collective dynamics, peasant farming, crafts and contemporary art can be linked together. Exploring so many ‘ways of being alive’ and cohabiting in a territory. Lucile grew up on a farm in the Limousin region, which made her very aware of the rural world and its challenges. After a Master's degree in Fine Arts, she turned her attention mainly to textile installation and wool felting.

Her work also includes writing, contemporary poetry and performance art, exploring ways of passing on rural memories and know-how inscribed in the landscape.
