The Zerline Trio brings together three musicians whose respective instruments are not, at first glance, naturally suited to chamber music.
Though drawn from three different instrumental families, they blend together with wonderful chemistry. The diversity of their timbres and playing styles allows the musicians to develop a rich expressive palette, at times creating powerful contrasts, or conversely, a sonic homogeneity of great musical subtlety: flute, viola and harp then blend their distinct timbres into a multitude of striking sounds, effects and colours.
