Taylan Arikan and Srdjan Vukasinovic draw unexpected soundscapes from the baglama (Anatolian lute) and the accordion, going far beyond what is generally associated with these instruments. Their original compositions draw on the depths of tradition and transform them into something contemporary and original. Blending classical, jazz and South-Eastern European folk music, they create a style that defies categorisation whilst harmoniously bringing everything together.
